Pusat Studi Kependudukan dan Kebijakan, Universitas Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta kembali mengadakan pelatihan atau training bagi 185 asisten lapangan. Bertempat di Hotel Griya Persada, Kaliurang, pelatihan berlangsung selama lima hari, yakni mulai 27 sampai 31 Januari 2014. Pelatihan ini masih merupakan bagian dari rangkaian Survei Kualitas Pendidikan Anak atau SKPA yang telah dimulai sejak Februari 2013. Bekerja sama dengan Tim Nasional Percepatan Penanggulangan Kemiskinan (TNP2K), survei pada tahap endline ini bertujuan untuk memantau proses penyaluran dana manfaat dari program Bantuan Siswa Miskin (BSM). Adapun tim peneliti PSKK yang terlibat, antara lain Dr. Sukamdi selaku ketua tim peneliti (PI), Eddy Kiswanto, M.Si., selaku wakil ketua tim, lalu Pande Made Kutanegara M.Si., Sri Purwatiningsih, M.Kes., Agus Joko Pitoyo, MA., Wini Tamtiari, M.Si., Jevri Ardiansyah, S.I.P., serta Vina Noor ARP, S.Si.
