Pelatihan Asisten Peneliti Survei Kualitas Pendidikan Anak (SKPA) 2013 di Hotel Jayakarta, 15 Maret 2013. SKPA 2013 merupakan survei yang dilakukan Pusat Studi Kependudukan dan Kebijakan, Universitas Gadjah Mada dan didukung sepenuhnya oleh TNP2K. Survei kualitas pendidikan anak adalah bagian dari strategi TNP2K untuk memastikan apakah reform atau perubahan terkait program penanggulangan kemiskinan, Bantuan Siswa Miskin (BSM) khususnya.menghasilkan sesuatu yang diharapkan. Pelatihan ini melibatkan 123 orang asisten peneliti yang terdiri dari 93 enumerator atau pewawancara, dan 30 data editor.
