Survei Pelayanan Kesehatan dan Pendidikan (SPKP) 2013 yang diselenggarakan oleh Pusat Studi Kependudukan dan Kebijakan UGM merupakan survei skala nasional. Survei ini melibatkan lebih dari 500 tenaga asisten lapangan. Sebelum turun survei lapangan, para asisten lapangan dibekali dengan berbagai macam materi. Tidak hanya materi kuesioner namun juga pengukuranantropometri. Antropometri menurut WHO, berhubungan dengan berbagai macam pengukuran dimensi tubuh dan komposisi tubuh. Pengukuran antropometri bertujuan untuk melihat indikator pertumbuhan tubuh. Beberapa pengukuran tersebut, antara lain pengukuran berat badan, pengukuran panjang dan tinggi badan, serta pengukuran panjang dan lingkar lengan. Berkenaan dengan survei ini, para asisten lapangan akan melakukan pengukuran antropometri terhadap anak dari rumah tangga sasaran. Selain materi tersebut, asisten lapangan juga dibekali cara mengoperasionalkan alat GPS untuk menentukan titik koordinat sebuah lokasi. []
