The critical condition in women and child trafficking requires a serious handling. So far, many have been concerned with this issue, but, on the other hand, the institutions that have the capacity to handle this problem do not pay much attention. Thus, an evaluation on the programs conducted to solve this problem is needed. This is important to find out the potentiality and the constraints in handling and eliminating women and child trafficking. Hence, both government and non-government institutions’ role could be more effective. The objectives of this research are 1) to identify the programs and services conducted by government and non government institutions in overcoming the problems concerning child and women trafficking, 2) to analyze the capacity and the affectivity of the programs or services provided, 3) to map the availability of services in various places to propose recommendations and policies on child and women trafficking. The research will be conducted in six provinces, which known as the receiving and sending areas of the trafficking. They are West Kalimantan, West Nusa Tenggara, North Sumatra, East Java, Central Java, and West Java.
