The study included male involvement in pregnancy care, childbirth and postpartum, family planning, male participation in contraceptive use, and the politics of the budget related to family health. In addition, research will also analyze the various constraints related to the involvement of men, including the aspects of social, culture and politics. This study answers the research question 1).how the participation of men in realizing gender responsive health development, 2).what the obstacles encountered in the involvement of men to achieve gender responsive health development and why this happens? 3).how commitment of bureaucrats in gender responsive budget allocation related to the family health? 4).how models of effective advocacy to improve gender-responsive budget allocation related to family health?
