This study aimed at review the implementation and impact of the P2KP program in 12 pointed villages. It focused on the level of changes of social economic and physical access on poor society. In the meanwhile, the impact on the capacity building was reviewed based on the process of decision making and institution development of BKM and KSM. The result of this study will be analyzed using the approach of good governance and community development. By using this approach, it will get the various forms of good practices and bad practices from the activities of P2KP in pointed villages. The result of this study will be used to evaluate and to revise the program design of the next P2KP program. Besides, the result of this study will be used to revise the strategy of anticipating poverty in Indonesia.
