This survey was conducted as collaboration between CPPS GMU and World Bank. The objective of the activities is to coordinate the overall processes of implementation and management of the Cash Conditional Transfer Base Line Survey (further named CCT Survey) activities to ensure the highest quality data. These activities include selection of survey areas and respondents, refinement of instruments and developing a manual, formation of the survey team, training activities, and data collection and data management.
