12 December 2013 - 10:05:54Governance Assessment: Developing A Diagnostic Tool for Government Assessment and Reforms is a project that aims to evaluate the performance of the local government in various areas and to develop an evaluation system to rate their performance which can be easily used by various stakeholders. Aside from that, this project also supports the development of local tradition in evaluating the performance of the local government by using reliable information and through policy dialogues about strategic governance issues between public officials and other stake holders. This project was carried out in 10 provinces in Indonesia. The activities of this project are: development of a survey instrument, an evaluation instrument for 10 provinces and 10 districts, secondary data collection and local newspapers, policy dialogues, and publication of a policy brief.
